To my delight, it has no distortions whatsoever.As others have mentioned, it is very light and without much of a backing, but it's still a LOT of mirror, which is what I wanted. (go big or go home, right?)I have it propped/leaning up against a wall and its enormous size keeps it stable. If you have pets/children however, I might not recommend that.
