We also installed it in an arid (less leaves) and windy area, so maybe that has played a role was well. Shipping is great; tracking is good and they will call to be sure you are home. They often cannot bring the pallets up or down a driveway so expect it to be left at the curb or the bottom (or top) of your driveway if you don't have a really flat driveway. Well, I have to tell you, I found some steel without even opening up one of the bags! Luckily it was my hand that was punctured instead of my 3yo daughter's hand, face, or worse yet, eye. The big problem now is, how do I find the other steel that is probably lurking in the rest of the rubber mulch?
