Review: Excellent quality, excellent knife - Perfect size, weight and shape for my purposes. I wanted a knife suitable for chopping veg easily and efficiently. While my husband uses a larger knife, I feel more comfortable with this slightly smaller knife. The clearance from handle to the cutting board fits my hands well, the rocker angle of the blade allows for rhythmic chopping, the extremely sharp blade makes quick work of everything. Worth the money. Also, if you’re into better knives, it’s also worth the money to invest in a professional knife sharpener. Chef’s Choice Edge Select electric sharpener.

Really not kidding, squishing cherry tomato's compared to filleting when the edge is true. Good balance not the best but it works. I like the size, a little smaller than chiefs knife. Great from melons to acorn squash, sturdy blade thickness, that's easy to use. Good for chopping, dicing, slicing. The steel will keep you happy, a sharp knife always works well. The pairing knife works well, a little small for my hand but works. Wash and dry by hand for proper care, a knife block with horizontal storage slits will save edge wear and tear.

Ordered this for my wife and a Christmas gift. I have longer chef's knives but they are a little difficult for her to handle so she asked for the 6" version. This knife if perfect or her and I love it as well. Great balance, well made and sharp as a razor out of the box. Wusthof's are more expensive than other knives, but you get what you pay for. Worth the investment.
