It blows away the bloomspect 600 and the hipargero 400 watt cob. Dont get me wrong the Hipargero 400 is an extremely efficient light but it lacks the intensity of this new light even though they are relatively the same size. In a 32x32x64 grow tent this light would rock!!! I believe it would cover a 3x3 grow tent as well but i would not push it further than that. I would compare the construction of the light on par with the high end led grow lights out there. Soon i will be doing a grow with this light and i will showcase what it can do. Is it much more than the 450's?** A: The light does emit radiant heat off the lights itself, but the whole unit stays pretty cool... I'm running the 800w unit for 12 hours a day right now and I'm not too sure on exact temperature, but even after running, the light housing is barely warm... I used to run it 18 hours a day as well, then too, no heating issues, I could easily touch the light to reorientate it as needed, even after hours of being on. **Q: is it 30000k cobs for all 4 in total? or 30000k cobs per each cobs (the big round light) totaling 120,000 cobs?** A: No, it’s 3000k this is light spectrum/color 3000k is a warm white light. The size of the light was smaller than I thought and does not light as wide of a footprint as I was hoping (my bad not looking at the dimensions more carefully). I'd say it's only good for 1 full size plant. I also feel this light puts off a lot more heat below it than I was expecting, so be careful getting it too close to your plants. After trying out several different lights, I've decided on the newer version of the Parfactworks 500W COB going forward - nice balance of light, coverage and heat output.
