What a quality tool !! I'm no pro but I have handled many knives in every price range and I have to say this knife offers one of the best bangs for your buck out there. Unboxing this rascal was a pleasure itself but when I took the handle in my hand it immediately felt like an extension of me. The blade came scary sharp and continues to hold an edge contrary to reviews I've read regarding its Rockwell rating. This knife is well balanced with the perfect amount of heft that proves to provide a stable platform for chopping,dicing,slicing etc.. My opinion is that this knife is perfect for all the duties it is intended for weather you are a professional or a Youtube certified professional (i.e. home chef) this a great value and perfect addition to any cutlery set. Unless you have little tiny rat claws for hands this knife is one of the best I have handled at any price point and if do not prefer a European style knife well the seller also offers several options esp in the Japanese style..Just buy the damn thing it will not disappoint unless you are one these people who are overly and unjustifiably critical of everything in which case you should spend thousands on a cutlery you probably cannot wield anyway. I LOVE THIS KNIFE and I think you will too.

What a ripoff. Don't wast your effort ordering this fake knockoff. Will be going back tomorrow. Dalstrong much better for the money. Amazon will accept crap now so be very cautious of what may seem a good deal.

5. Amazing knife. My main knife in the kitchen is a Chef's knife. Due to the good reviews this one got, my girlfriend purchased this one for me. I've even used it for mincing garlic, onions and other produce and I have to say this knife has been flawless. Great buy on her part! :)

Nicely weighted and sharpens up reasonably well. Good for the price but I’ve used better blades but for 3 times the money.

Die Preisspanne geht von klein bis ja aber Hallo.Ich habe mich letztendlich für dieses Produkt entschieden, da ich den Preis doch sehr attraktiv fand.Auch die Bewertungen waren nicht ganz uninteressant.Schnelle Lieferung Dank Prime.Ausgepackt und dann die erste Annehmlichkeit: ganz tolle Verpackung-hat was. Deckel schließt mit Magnet.Messer vorsichtig raus. Klingenschutz entfernt und dann den berühmt berüchtigten Messer-schneidet Papier-Test gemacht. Respekt. Habe dann vor dem ersten richtigen Einsatz erstmal unseren Vorrat an Pflaster gesucht und dann den ersten Schnitt gemacht.Rauchfleisch in hauchdünne Scheiben. Hammer. Habe ich mit den von uns schon vorhandenen Teilen nicht so hinbekommen.Dann war Gemüse dran. Passt.Das Messer hat ein für mich sehr angenehmes Gewicht, liegt durch seinen Griff einfach toll in der Hand und lässt sich sauber führen. Für mich ein Allrounder.Verarbeitung: topOptisch ein absoluter Hingucker. Das Muster ist sowas von Sehenswert.Ich kann dieses Messer wirklich empfehlen.Zur Info: nach dem Gebrauch wandert das Teil wieder in die Box .noch einen Tip für Anwender mit kleinem Familienanhang: nur Gucken nicht anfassen.Das Messer geht nicht nur durch Gemüse wie Butter.Viele schnittige Grüße

L'aspetto è accattivante ma dopo un mese di uso saltuario su carne e verdura la lama appare rovinata ed ha perso il filo nonostante la cura estrema sul suo uso. Assolutamente sconsigliato: pare acciaio di Damasco ma la consistenza è inaccettabile.
