My watch band size is 16mm--the bands are much too long for my small wrist. It would be nice if the 16 mm bands were cut a bit shorter to accommodate the smaller wrists of smaller-watch wearers. I'll cut them myself, as shown on youtube, so I won't have to fold them over.
