At first I was scared for some bad reviews I read here but I decided to give it a chance and I'm happy with my decision with this product. The quality of the strands is nice and the colors are vibrant and the needles are very useful. I think the problem with the people who bought this and didn't like it is that they don't know how to use the punch needle and don't look for tutorials in internet. It is a great kit I recommend it. It came with all the pieces. Overall good product for the price. 4 stars because the main needle punch tool does not work and needle was bent. I don't want to return the whole set but don't know how to get just it replaced. Also, the cloth the set comes with is great for embroidery, but seems a little too loose for punch needle. Loved everything else tho.
