I have bought various furniture online before and it’s usually mediocre. We needed some serious organization in our mud room for our 5 kids and only having a tiny closet this has been awesome!Pros: it’s sturdy, and well built, decently simple to put together, the ten bins make it nice to be able to just set up and organize without having to go find storage bins that fit the right dimensions too.Cons: the coat hooks are pretty narrow, making it a little hard to hang much on them. Bins are fine and do the job but aren’t anything special, just made of a semi flimsy plastic. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Will not order again *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 25, 2018* I was excited about this product because it came with the clear bins. I ordered three units and all of the bins that came with it arrived cracked. Although the units themselves arrived undamaged, the bins could not be used and therefore need to be replaced. Amazon only offered a small $11 (total) credit for the trouble or I would have to return the shelves. They were already mounted on the wall and so we kept them.
