Ideal for in the bathroom environment or for animals that do not like being bathed. Also helps dogs hairdressers to the hand peeling. Made in Great Britain Review: Excellent product - Excellent for using with stripping knife to remove the top coat from dogs Review: So much easier to grap the hair ! - I have a border terrier who needs regular striping or they end up looking very shaggy. I read about using chalk powder to aid stripping so I decided to give it a go. Wow, it made it so much easier! Brush in a little powder to the coat and your fingers can grip even small amounts so much easier making it a much quicker process and less painful on your fingertips. Taking smaller amounts seemed nicer for the dog as well, who seemed quite happy to lay there and let me gently pull out the long hair. ## Features - Product Type HEALTH & HYGIENE REMEDIES&SUPPLIMENTS ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01ETEMH9E | | Batteries Included | No | | Batteries required | No | | Best Sellers Rank | 51,433 in Pet Supplies ( See Top 100 in Pet Supplies ) 7 in Pet Styptic Gels & Powders | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars (112) | | Date First Available | 16 Dec. 2013 | | Item Weight | 520 g | | Package Dimensions | 15.5 x 8 x 8 cm; 520 g | | Quantity | 1 | | Size | 450 g (Pack of 1) | ## Images ![Hatchwell Chalk Powder 450g pack of 1 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/21ZCbiBRP+L.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product *by J***O on 1 May 2026* Excellent for using with stripping knife to remove the top coat from dogs ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So much easier to grap the hair ! *by N***T on 30 June 2024* I have a border terrier who needs regular striping or they end up looking very shaggy.
