I'd put a small amount in my smoothie with a fatty fruit like a banana or avocado and citrus to cut the strong taste. I've noticed that my blood pressure has lowered a bit and my blood sugars are more stable. Also the tingling in my feet have lessened after massaging them the night before and my skin is clearer and my hair and nails are growing fast! I use it on my skin, hair and nails often, while I ingest it once a week. As for the soap, I love the scent of it and I use it often.

I ordered this oil 3 times now . Very good quality. I tried 4 other brands of black seed organic oils. This is the best in my opinion. I have insomnia. The oil is of high quality, but I wish the bottle came with a dropper. It leaks on the sides every time I take a teaspoon of it. If that is changed then it is a winner. I just started using this product and so far have not noticed any major changes in my health. I anticipate with time, I shall see some improvements. EDIT: I wanted to order more of the oil, but now the seller is not shipping to location. So bummed about it!
