I took half an hour to warm the room up an hour later adjusted the temperature down to keep it from running us out of the room. Review: Not for cold weather. - This may work for a small closet but not a room or garage. The fan has 1 speed. Slow. The heating element does not get hot so the air being pushed is just slightly warm.
