**Q: The audio jack both aux in and out) doesn't recognise any headphones. Is it faulty?**
A: the headphones is at the front, on the left side, have you tried that?

**Q: Does this keyboard have a sustain option without the pedal?**
A: The keyboard does not come with a pedal but sustain pedals are available. Rock Jam makes 2 different pedal choices (we got ours from Amazon). Works fine and easy to find connection ports to install the pedals.

**Q: As soon as I turn the keyboard on it starts playing random notes before I have even touched the keyboard, is this faulty?**
A: Have you hit the demo button? If not, it sounds like it’s faulty.

**Q: What wire do I need to connect this keyboard to my macbook or iphone?**
A: You will need a OTG lightening To USB cable and usb A to USB B (2.0) ( printer cable)

Bought for my son who is now learning grade 3 piano and I needed to upgrade to an 88 key keyboard. This is perfect. It isn’t as good as real piano but it is good enough for him t practice on at home.
