YOU HAVE TO PUT THEM IN A COFFEE GRINDER TO BREAK THE OUTER SHELL, MAYBE 1 QUARTER CUP MORE OR LESS DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE GRINDER. THEN GRIND FOR ANYWHERE FROM 5 SEC. TO 10 SEC TILL YOU GET THE TEXTURE YOU LIKE. A LITTLE TRIAL AND ERROR IN THE BEGINNING, BUT YOU'LL SOON FIGURE OUT THE BEST TIME.
