**Q: Can the veggie cakes be eated cold (unheated)? I'm going on a 7-hour car trip and wanted to bring them in a cooler to eat on the road.**
A: Yes, I believe so. I would bake them or microwave and put in the cooler.  Love them.

**Q: Do you have garden lites of butternut squash bake?**
A: Seriously, the butternut squash are no longer carried at Ralphs markets and I need these in my life!

**Q: What is the pH of these?**
A: I checked the box and did not see anything on it about ph. What does that stand for? That might help us answer your question. You can also find these at target so maybe you can check the package before buying. Love these!

**Q: are these keto friendly?**
A: I would imagine so.  They are mainly veggies and egg. Not many carbs.

I love the veggie cakes normally. Often have for breakfast or lunch when I’m a hurry. But these were watery and crumbly, as though they had been frozen then thawed at a couple of times.

These are SO delicious--like quiche--a great way to get some veggies into me!  I've ordered these several times and the blueberry oat muffins.  Very glad my friend told me about them.  I do wish they came in their boxes with the product info on them but they don't.
