I was uncertain about this product because of high cost but according to how I feel and my recent labs, they are working effectively! The difference in how I feel is like night and day!!! I have extreme energy, so much that it has been effecting my sleep, so we have had to decrease the dosage. Too much of this product can actually make you feel worse or cause extreme anxiety/insomnia like it did for me. Now that we have figured out the correct dosing, I feel amazing. I would suggest if you buy this supplement, find a provider that is well versed in MTHFR and can manage possible side effects or increased or decreased inflammatory markers. This supplement works and I’m glad I read a review from a nurse practitioner. Make sure you start at a low dose or this can keep you up at night. I had to work my way up to the higher dose over time.
