I did not realize there are a couple of ways bath tub spouts go on - this one uses a small set screw, which makes installation super easy. I found out during the installation that mine screws on. There are universal spouts that can go either way, this is not one of those. Just know what you need...I'm sure this works fine, I took off one star because the metal is a little thin.

The finish is flawless. The pull diverter is effective and effortless. This spout is heavy. It's made of quality material and you easily detect it. There is no assembly required. The spout is installed by screwing into place on the spout arm. You can install this item within a matter of seconds provided you don't run into any major issues or complications. This product is modestly priced. It's inexpensive but pretty. Pair this spout with black knobs and a drain to give your bathroom a face-lift. Pleaser note: This is powdered matte black, not glossy black. If you are trying to match pieces to create a set ensure they are all matte black for cohesiveness.
