These cutters are definitely a bargain price compared with the competition on the market. The quality of the material is acceptable - standard thin stainless steel cutters. They are rust resistant and easy to clean, and I didn't find any sharp edges. What can I say, they are metal rectangles. The metal is rounded so I havent cut myself or scraped anything with the edges. The joins are nice so cleaning is easy and I don't have to worry about leftover dough. They are a versatile as rectangles can be - coming in many sizes allows for nice variety and ease based on how much dough you are working with. They don't warp and if you take care of them you shouldn't have to worry about denting or breaking. They are quite sturdy and durable and have held up well for all the baking projects I have used them on.
