The instructions were clear on how to use them. Expectations were high.Flat out, they didn't work. My face was clean. I cut out each tattoo, peeled the clear plastic protector, placed it in position on my face and soaked it with water while holding it in position. After about 30 seconds I lifted an edge slightly and the tattoo was coming up. You could see that some of the backing paper was not absorbing the paper.Applying more water and pressure for another minute, same result. This was a total waste of money.I wound up rushing out to buy some cream make up to make the design myself.That being said, my wife bought the witch tattoos. We applied them first and they went on flawlessly.
