You can adjust the height of the stand to suit your needs. It has helped me reduce neck strain as I no longer over-strain my neck however, the only thing that I wish the stand had was a little more adjustments to lower the stand a little more. I have carpal tunnel and I have the stand on the lowest height it will go however, my wrists are at an awkward angle and it tends to bother my carpal tunnel. If I could lower it just a bit more, that would help. If you do not have carpal tunnel, the lowest angle probably won't bother your wrists at all. Overall it is a nice stand and I would recommend it. ### ⭐ VERY POOR QUALITY *by M***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 15, 2020* I ordered 2 sets of these. There's 2 per pack. 2 of them were cracked and broken and the other 2 don't fold up to the same angle, leaving whatever they're attached to to wobble and not sit correctly. The feel is very cheap and out of the 4 I ordered, none of them fold up to the same angle they're all off. The only position that they are at the same angle is when they are folded flat.
