And ispring still doesn’t offer the 4 prong on Amazon . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ whole house filter system *by R***. on May 13, 2020* In April 2018 I bought a Whole House Filter System from Ispring. It was installed in August 2018 and worked perfectly. A year later I changed the filter for the first time and wanted to order a replacement filters. The UV-bulb was out of stock and I could only place my order in early 2020. I live in Panama and so it takes time for the delivery to arrive here. The O-rings for the replacement sleeve were missing in the delivery. I contact support and Nick immediately sent the rings including a cardrige for my spindown filter. When I tried to install everything, I found that the ballast for the uv-filter was damaged. I contacted Nick again, who then immediately promised to sent a replacement.
