However I have the Grayco manual and it does include your model number, 288420.. so yes, this needle assembly should work… You just take that pin out through the middle of the gun, right above the trigger. Then will unscrew the head assembly and the diffuser.. The whole thing pulls out. Then, slide the new one in, making sure it lines up with the hole… There is a video on YouTube that shows you how, only takes about five minutes..
