It was perfect for shaping and rising of my sourdough. I was a little surprised at how small it was but it turned out to be the best size for my loaf. The inner lining fabric is sturdy and fits so well, (unlike previous one I ordered, from the Saint German Bakery, which looks cheap and came with a smaller lining that it won’t stay on the Benetton). ### ⭐⭐⭐ Too Small *by D***B on February 17, 2019* I was expecting a much larger basket. The exterior does not measure 10" in length, and the interior is not even 9" in length. It looks well made, but this is way too small. My recipe for sourdough is pretty standard and calls for dividing into two loaves. I think if I were to use this basket I'd need 3 of them, not 2. This will have to go back, but that feels like such a hassle!
