Nice leather. Fit is according to regular sizing. Only negative could be they felt heavy. At least to modern times when all shoes are light and comfortable. My Dad loved them but agreed little on the heavier side. But at same time he said they were comfortable and nice. Maybe not to walk long distances or for sales people who stand or walk all day.He owns many Bostonian shoes and loves them so heavy and all he kept them. Review: An exceptional shoe - These are really nice shoes. There is a little break in period though, as they're a wee bit stiff at first, (to be fair, I did wear them all day!) but over all very comfortable. The leather is soft yet retains it's shape. The color is perfect (mine are dark brown, I've seen a lighter tan from some sellers). These are great shoes for a wide variety of occasions. They have an easy casual look, but can be dressed up for more semi-formal outings. Much better, in my opinion, than most of what are considered 'dress shoes'. An exceptional value! ## Features - Soft full leather upper - 3 pod comfort footbed - Flexible rubber outsle ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B00IK60PB0 | | Brand | Bostonian | | Closure Type | Pull-On | | Closure type | Pull-On | | Color | Brown | | Customer Reviews | 4.0 out of 5 stars 20 Reviews | | Fabric type | 100% Leather | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00889303275274 | | Import Designation | Imported | | Insole Material | Leather | | Item Weight | 16 ounces | | Manufacturer | Bostonian | | Manufacturer Part Number | 26102913 | | Material Fabric | synthetic | | Model Name | Caydon Step | | Origin | Imported | | Pattern | Solid | | Seasons | Resort | | Shoe Height Map | Low Top | | Sole Material | Rubber | | Sole material | Rubber | | Special Features | burnished | | Style Name | Caydon Step | | Style Number | Caydon Step | | Toe Style | Round Toe | | UPC | 889303275274 | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | | lining-description | Leather | ## Images ![Bostonian Men's Caydon Step Slip-On Loafer - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81fyjZQFT4L.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bostonian Caydon *by P***Y on July 20, 2015* Bought for my Dad.
