A: It does NOT. You need a AVI to HDMI converter. It will only cost like $10, well worth it.

A: They said the sensor bar is included, not sure about AV or power cables.

Came with all the cords, cables and controller needed to play the game console. Came in good condition - a few scratches, but nothing major or bad. Games play and load smoothly in the console (Gamecube games also). Great purchase
