In fact, this has been my only bag.It's only now that one out of two chains have stopped working but the other one still works perfectly well. Still no internal or external wear and tear.The only thing I really hope that this bag had was a 1 ltr bottle holder. I do understand that having it may be contrary to anti-theft vision. Looks great, has many pockets, seems durable.2. Straps and zip look cheap, but will last easily.3. The inside label has the dispatched date with a blue stamp which looks very cheap, it's stitched below the makers label and is blurry. I'll have to cut it off, wish they didn't put it.4. THE BAG WAS DIRTY. INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. they were dirt marks on the back of the bag and inside it too. I dont know how can a new bag get so dirty, but goes to show they have a poor quality check.Overall:The design is awesome, and it's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars, they still have a lot to improve, with regard to delivery, quality and post delivery verification for warranty(which I still haven't got a reply to).
