Review: Not worth the money - For the amount I paid for this 1 sofa , it is not worth it, not one bit. This sofa is uncomfortable and stiff. It is also deceiving. I purchased this sofa thinking I was going to have a long side couch. No it came with a foot rest . So I took a picture with the description and price of how much I spent. The response I get is, we can't look up the order can you provide us with details. Okay I provide them the numbers they needed, sent them pictures of the boxes it came in as they ask for the sku # . They get back with me cant find the number with jusy a scku... okay So you dont have my order information.. you ask for the tracking number, then sku, then I send pictures of what is missing . . And you STILL say you can't find order. At this point it's been a week I'm like really Last draw, can you send us a picture of what is missing???YOUR KIDDING ME I DETAILED WHAT WAS MISSING what is wrong with this couch that is over priced . Now when you look it says they dont k ow if it is going to be available anytime soon. How about work on your guid book so it matches the letters and numbers on the sofa, because let me tell you, if I didn't know how to put things together your guide would have made set up things backwards. I DO not recommend spending your money on this one couch that does not have a long end but replaced with a foot rest.
