I love how it mimics the professional protocol with multiple device heads to debulk, target areas of improvement and polish. Plus, the misting feature is awesome for use after the treatment or for people with more sensitive skin during the treatment. It's not working i recive it and put it on the charger for 3 hours and wanted to try it because it was a gift and it was not working and it was broken the hole that the water comes out waa not even there .. i'm really disappointed
