I'm very impressed with this clock. It is a little on the small side for a big room, but perfect for a bedroom for example. It is pretty well built, sturdy and compact, no lose finish or rattling whatsoever (as in many other wall clocks) . The front is flat glass, it looks and feel thick enough, and the rim is made of painted metal with a very nice finish. Center drawing is beautiful and detailed, although writing is a bit small for a wall clock, hard to read/notice from a distanceBut the most important part, at least for a bedroom is that it is in fact completely silent, no tick-tack, tic-toc, grinding, buzzing or any kind of noise comes out of this clock. It is like is doesn't exist unless you look at itOverall very modern and good quality. Hope it last because so far is the best wall clock I've ever had
