It’s fairly easy to set up and program. I we had had an entire month of slots for the medicine, but it’s still pretty usable. This machine is very dangerous if you have small pills. When you turn the machine upside down to get your pills any small pill will slide around and drop into a wrong day resulting in a possible double dose.
