**Q: How to install it?**
A: Open the hood.  Bolts are on top and behind.  You may need to remove the fender skirt/inner plastic wheel well to provide access.  This took about 1:45 to complete

**Q: Will this fit 2007 Saturn outlook xe?**
A: I don’t know.  It fit my 2009

**Q: Is the headlamp assembly for hid.My hid housing broke so i need a housing to put my factory hid bulbs**
A: These take regular bulbs not HIDS.

**Q: What color lens, blue or clear?**
A: Clear
