I love adzuki beans; I don't sprout them, I eat them. These are high quality and very tasty with my short-grain brown rice.

Kosher product clearly marked
I was looking for these particular beans and was not going to search the local stores. The prominence of the kosher symbol was the clincher. They came quickly, they are well packed and can be stored in the resealable bag that they arrived in. All pluses

Organic Adzuki Sprouting Beans, 3 Pounds - Non-GMO, Kosher (Gallbladder)
I was having gallbladder attacks and was down to a liquid diet while awaiting my doctor's appointment. Of all the things I've used for my gallbladder I was surprised to find a site that said using these beans would melt gallstones. In desperation I ordered these beans and they did come in quickly but being in severe pain it didn't seem fast enough so I stopped at Sprout's to see if they carried organic Adzuki Beans. They did, and for only $2.49/lb. These beans cost $5.83/lb. Even though I have Prime with "free" shipping I could have bought 3 pounds at Sprout's for $7.47, which leaves a $10.02 surplus, which I suppose go towards shipping. If I didn't have Prime I would hate to know how much they charge for shipping in addition to this price. If you want to try this for gallstones the recipe I found is: Bring 2 quarts (64oz) of water to a boil, add 3 tablespoons Adzuki Beans. "Cover the pot, leaving the lid open a bit so that steam can escape, and return the water to a boil.Turn the heat to low and boil the adzuki beans until only about one quart of water remains in the pot." It takes about 1 to 1-1/2 hours. They said: "Drink a glass full of warm tea every two to three hours on an empty stomach. You should notice a difference within 24 hours, as the adzuki bean tea will quickly melt the gallstones and allow your body to pass them easily. See a doctor or other healthcare practitioner if your symptoms persist without change after 24 hours. Some people require further treatment to properly melt and pass gallstones."In 24 hours the stone had passed and I could eat again! Another day later I rescheduled my appointment (for 3 months later) with my surgeon because I wasn't sure if I needed to see him or if my primary doctor would send me for another test first. The following day I started having some pains again and went right back to drinking the tea and am doing fine. They do say it may take further treatment and I'd rather do this for awhile and clean up my system then surrender an organ. How do the beans taste? If the flavor of the tea is anything to go by both brands tasted the same. After brewing the tea I throw out the (somewhat mushy) beans, although it says you can eat them.

Delicious . Nutritious. Balancing.
I have to say these are the best aduki beans I have ever tasted in 40 years of cooking them. There is an ancient myth that aduki beans are a gift of the gods to bring us balance.I don’t know if you have to, but I soak mine overnight.

This is real bad
After cook that softness not even some part is like a stone and some is like a real stone and it like a junk and this is really bad. I wish I can get the money back so don’t buy this.
