I've tried numerous knee supporters. Most were too tight and couldn't wear it for too long. This one is solid yet not too tight.Really like the rubber-silicone line near the top of the brace (in the pic) which helps it to stay in place while running or being active. They help reduce the pain to the point I feel I can walk normal and not hobble around. The problem though, because I am a big 6'2", 425lbs. man is that they have a tendency to roll down. I fixed it by putting a bobby pin in the top back part of the sleeve.
