Review: Great product - Great product and easy install. I actually got delivered the wrong intake tube but called K&n their customer service was great And added a little extra horsepower.
Review: Well worth the money! - I bought this hoping it would be an investment towards better gas mileage as well a giving my car's acceleration a boost. After the first few days I was so happy with the added power I decided more miles per gallon would be icing on the cake. My 2012 automatic Yaris went from 32.3 to 35.3. I waited a month to review this product. I'm sure I might get more, but having the acceleration and using it on the NJ highways is a wonderful thing., and I could not be happier! Two minor points, the metal cowling had to be ground down a bit as it was too high to close my hood without extra pressure, and the Customer service/Tech. people were not very helpful when I inquired whether I would pass the NJ emissions test. Their reply via email was to find it out myself. I kind of thought that might be their job. I believe it will pass, but kept the old assembly just in case. Well worth the money!

**Q: Will this fit in a 2012 Yaris Sedan?**
A: I have a 2013 Yaris Liftback and it works perfect. You can go to the K&N website and add your car model.

**Q: The installation instructions are for 2006 to 2009 Toyota Yaris.  Would this fit my 2013 Yaris LE**
A: Check the K&N website - they have model for the 2013 1.5L engine

**Q: Is there somewhere I can just buy the heat shield?**
A: If you buy the intake it comes included, if you wanted to buy your own (separate) you might have some luck at an auto parts store or fish around amazon. Heat shield is included with the screws to put it in.

Installed on my 2015 Yaris 1.5 had to bend the separator a bit to get the correct hood clearance but it didn't take much. Install took about 30 minutes. Be ready for a bit more noise when you punch it but it seems to have helped my average mpg by a few mpg
