Recently I have had our decorator putting up thermal wallpaper and found that it has made a difference in areas that were clearly a problem. However, I was just taking at a guess where these problems were and before spending money having our bedroom done I thought that I would be more prescriptive. I used this in our bedroom and saw that the walls were not the problem but the ceiling! Its a 20 year old loft conversion and I think insulation materials were not so effective then.
