The thickness of the mat makes it so comfortable that I no longer mind exercising. I thought I wouldn't use the knee pad but I have found it takes the pressure of my bad knee. It stays in place while exercising and the straps are great for carrying it around. Transaction was great. Good price and quick delivery. Overall, it is a great deal.

I brought this yoga mat for myself so I could exercise with my wife. She already had one. The minute she saw it I had to give it up. She loves the extra thickness and knee pad. So when we exercise together I use the thin yoga mat. I did get to use it the other day and agreed with my wife that it is the best yoga mat we have had. This is a really nice mat and the price was unbeatable at $13.83 tax included. I love that it’s light and transportable with a really nice strap. It could be a touch thicker, but it’s fine for me as it is firm and stable and still comfortable.It is also plenty long enough for a taller person. It comes with an extra pad that I use under my knees and head. All in all, I’m really pleased with this purchase and recommend it to anyone who does yoga or floor exercises.
