But afterward I really like it its easy to use and I have had no problem with it. ### ⭐ Stopped Working After Using It Twice....No Response From Customer Support *by A***R on November 22, 2020* I purchased the H2O HD Dual Blast earlier this year. It worked the first two times that I used it, but the third time, it heated up but no steam came out. After it failed to work, I cleaned it per the instructions using the cleaning pin and it still did not work. I called Thane's customer service and a recording came on indicating that their rep are not in the call center due to covid and to e-mail them instead. I e-mailed Thane's customer service in October and I sill haven't heard back from them. Very disappointed! ### ⭐⭐ No, no, no....dont do it until they sell the accessories *by J***N on November 8, 2018* Back again...I'm super disappointed. I cant believe Amazon is selling an item that I cant get accessories for. I'm stuck with 1 darn pad to clean my floor...that just unacceptable. I tried contacting the manufacturer and they wont send an email back. They're in Canada and when u try to order from their site they dont give an option to ship to the US. So why the heck sell your product to people in the US if they cant get the accessories. I cant get the filter, I cant get the pads and I cant get the scented water...soo disappointed, spend this much money on an item and you cant get what you need...so in less your want to wash 1 pad over and over...dont get it.So far I love this item. I pulled it out of the box today and used it on my floors right away and loved it. It was easy to use and it lasted a long time. What I'm disappointed about is that there are not pads that I can get here to replace the 1 that come with it some im reduced to washing the one I have....I have 5 digs that go across my floors and I live in the country so I can see me needing multiple pads...this is going to be interesting.
