**Q: It seems a special “pin remover tool” is required to remove the links.  Is the watch supposed to come with this tool?**
A: Pin remover tool??? For what???. This watch is a very elegant piece. You don't need anything to open or close it.
Just put it on.

**Q: Does the stone from a flower come off easily? Or fall off easily?**
A: No, they don't fall out easy. I had my watch for 3 yrs no stone missing and the color of the watch is still the same. I were my watch alot.

**Q: How can I return this watch as it runs sliw abd the covers does not stay closed?**

**Q: Can this watch be worn in the shower or while washing dishes?**
A: I wouldn't wear it while showering or washing dishes because I don't think it's water proof!

This is a beautiful bracelet watch...and the price I paid was just amazing...I priced this watch at WalMart at $83.00...the only thing that was a problem was trying to open the link to put the watch on. I did find an answer: I got it! It does have to do with the square that has anne Klein lion on it. So if the watch is closed, hold the watch with the lion looking, you square in the eye, the top of that square is the key… That pulls down from the top. It’s a very difficult to do, but I’m hoping that once I do it several more times it will sort of “loosen up”. Good luck these are really sweet looking watches, but I don’t know why they make this so difficult!
