Actually the best jerky period!! It’s very hard to find in stores. I was getting it at my local Target, but sadly they stopped carrying it in store & online. I was getting it as a monthly subscription on Amazon, but was just notified that it is currently out of stock (in all forms) so I have a feeling that Amazon might not be supplying them anymore either. Which makes me extremely sad. Seems like every time I fall in love with a product, they stop making them or the stores aren’t stocking them anymore. That comes from a jerky addict that has tried, especially during Covid, at least 20 brands of jerky.The thing that really keeps me coming back, besides the flavor, is the fact that a lot of those OTHER brands have Nitrites and Nitrates, which give me a huge migraine. Not taking off stars for that, just letting people know. Now while it was hot, it was also very tasty, sometimes you get hot/spicy food and it's all about the heat but lacks flavor, even tho this was quite hot on the spicy scale, it was also very tasty and flavorful as well. The only reason I took stars off was because the pieces were very small and the bottom of the bag was nothing but crumbs of meat and spices. I want jerky that i can gnaw on, not little bits that get stuck in my teeth. Not sure if this is due to excessive handling at the warehouse level or not but honestly a good 1/3 of the product was crumbs, so not happy about that at all. The pieces that were large enough to get a good bite out of were tender without being mushy and very tasty if you can handle the heat.
