Then, I brought this product more than a month back, with a thought to try something different! After consuming a KG of it but no other whey, I have following to say.Solubility: Very insoluble in water at room temperature. Every time I could clearly see suspending powder in the water! Don't get me wrong! There were no lumps at all but the powder was suspending in the water! If I can compare it with something it would be a fine wall brick powder in water.Effectiveness: I felt it wasn't effective at all! I lost the bulk and all my workout for the duration I am used it was like a waste of time and effort. I wasn't sure if it was because of the Tuff Up or there some other thing is wrong! But now that I have switched to Ultimate Nutrition Prostar since 15 days I can clear see the difference.Taste: As mentioned before I got Chocolate flavor. It was kind of so! I guess the flavor was the only thing about which I don't have any complaints.
