Chin piece is comfortable, straps and cage hardware all in place, and I got the royal blue color (I've had an orange Bauer for 10 years so it's odd being in a new color now). If I could give it 4.5 stars I would ONLY because of the stiffness in the padding, but I figure it's only because it's still fresh and needs breaking in more.Buyer's beware, my head circumference is 21" when I measured and the large option is 22"-25". I purchased the large just to be safe and I had to adjust the helmet from its smallest setting a tad just to make it comfortable for me.
