There is excess paint dried around the scratches; I bought this to knock that ridge of excess paint down.I followed the directions but it didn't seem to do anything. This isn't the right product for my need--perhaps I need to work through the wet & dry sandpaper selection from 800 grit to 6000 to get the results I need.
