Review: Life changing! - I’m 52 and was starting to get hot flashes. I was waking up every morning with my shirt off. That my friends, pretty well sums up my review of this program. I DO NOT sleep well, I DO NOT have more energy, I DID NOT stop having what I call power surges (hot flashes) or night sweats, I am STILL cold nearly all of the time, (80 degrees and up and I am happy). And as for weight loss... well my wallet is quite a bit lighter, but that is not what I would call "one of my problem areas." I AM NOT SAYING THIS PRODUCT WILL NOT WORK FOR YOU. I have hypothyroidism and basically my metabolism is in a coma and I was hoping that this would help wake it up. It did not. I am active, I eat right, not a lot of junk (except for shark week.
