I was tired of buying jars of olives and using the brine then ending up with jars of dry olives in my fridge door. I have tried many brands of dirty martini mix/olive brine/olive juice and this is by far the best. I gave a bottle to one of my pickiest martini drinking friends and she said that she made the best dirty martini ever with it. It only takes one to two capfuls do this stuff to make an amazing dirty martini so I don’t think the price is bad as other reviewers have mentioned.
