The last thing is the photos appear to show the arms at full stretch, and unless you have a lot of arm strength, this is not going to happen, but you don't actually need to extend your arms fully to get the benefit, it's only a 3 second stretch repeated several times. Broke first time I used it and is dangerous when it breaks. The rubber band inside is WAY too stiff and too short. The band inside breaks or pulls loose from the end where the bands is attached.
