I bought the small size according to the size guide, but felt it was a bit too snug for me and a larger size, perhaps medium, would have been a better fit for both me and the baby. I tried to use it with my baby 3-4 times, but every time I put her in the pouch, she cried. It may be a bit too tight for her, although I find the snug fit comfortable.
