The support team was very responsive in activating the device and my questions. Great product that is recommended Review: Bad Product, Clueless company executives , customer insensitive !! - Bad product , does not even tell you when the car is started - a feature available on very ordinary devices also. When approached the company , they have struggled whole day and recommended I put anti theft for 24 hours a day and will get intimated every time the car is started. WEIRD. Now I get alerted for theft every time the car is switched on. Worried , will actually not react when actually the car is being stolen. All requests to connect to CEO have been ignored by the company executives. I want to return a substandard product and full money refunded ! Did manage to connect with the company CEO , he sounded clueless himself . He could only suggest convoluted solutions !!
