**Q: I have received mine and it is slightly smaller than it says on the desciption, ½" smaller in width and length, has anyone else had this issue?**
A: If you are concerned about the sizes, return the item as mine was ok..

**Q: How do you best clean the pan?**
A: Strong Degreaser spray leave it for 5min then Use plastic to scrap not metal.... 

If still persistent then add the strong degreaser hot soap and water for 2hrs to soak

**Q: Does the pan need preheating in a Roccbox first ?**
A: We didn’t and it was fine
