I am maintaining a large weight loss but I still want my cheesy, onion nachos and salsa. I can't eat an unlimited amount but finding these low-fat, higher fiber, baked tortilla chips lets me have enough to be very satisfied! I was unable to find anything close in my local grocery stores. A couple of reviews recommended that heating them in the oven would really crisp them up which it does and I though it enhanced the good corn flavor more as well. I have a case of these and put a couple of bags in the cupboard and the rest in my freezer. I'm fairly certain they will keep quite well in there and will be readily available when I want some "fresh" corn tortilla chips. My ONLY issue with them is the amount of partial chips and "crumbs" toward the last half or bottom of the bags.
