A: One

A: Mine was new.  Can't remember packaging. I got some time ago.

**Q: how many ounces of capacity does the 12 inch bowl have?**
A: It holds 48oz.  I measured 6 cups of water and that came up to the lowest  part of the rim.  Hope this helps.
