Yes, it has a bit of a pulsation massage to it, as people have stated, but most massagers do. You get used to it, it is kinda soothing. The fine mist is super fine. The backing of mine to put the water in is probably the biggest challenge of the entire process as it is a bit hard to slide off and I will turn on the massager at the same time as trying to take off the back (no big deal). I have misted myself several times at about 10-15 second intervals 4 times already and have not emptied the small little reservoir, nor charged it and have massaged after for about 1-2 minutes. At first I thought it wasn't working right, so I charged it. I got the same thing. I believe that is a feature of this vibrator. I didn't like it. I gave it to my daughter. I haven't tried the misting part. I'm sure it works.
